How to Interview Children

This program will benefit both mental health professionals and attorneys, addressing the challenges of communicating with children about family disputes and how to present the child’s voice to the court. The Hon. Pamela Loza, Joel Levin, Esq., and Dr. Michele Cutler will cover children’s cognitive and linguistic abilities; approaches to overcoming resistance; and questioning formats that enhance the reliability of the information that children share.
